I started taking pictures just to show off my doll haul.
I scored a Scaris Deuce Gorgon and a Dance Class Howleen. (I like the pink pigtails much better than her normal hair. Sorry, sweetie, but your everyday hairstyle is stupid. Love the flop ear, though.)
The coffee shop stuff is actually a Bratzillas set that was on clearance for $6. The other two boys are the male vampire and gargoyle from the Create-A-Monster starter pack. I rooted the vampire boy and left the gargoyle bald. The one wig that came with them was way too short and thick. Looked like Moe from the Three Stooges.
And then a comic just sort of happened. I know it looks like I effed up the lighting royally, but I was trying for a dim, intimate atmosphere.
I know; it's like they are together because they're both popular. Did you see the Scaris movie? (it's on youtube) They showed Cleo as having so much control of Deuce he couldn't even pick out what to eat for lunch because she always did it for him. It was played for laughs, but that level of control over another person is abuse. If you think it's funny, pull a Rule 63 and have Claus ruling over Dawn with an iron fist. See? Not funny.
I completely agree, when I saw the episode that introduced Operetta, that showed how loyal and loving Deuce was for Cleo I thought it was so sweet, then when I saw the Scaris movie they completely change him I could not believe it!
