Rarity, dahling!
I'll admit; I didn't like Rarity at first. I thought she was snooty, shallow, and materialistic.
I started to change my mind during 'Dog and Pony Show', where she played the Diamond Dogs for chumps. It was sealed in 'Best Night Ever' where she stomped her slipper to bits rather than risk the Prince being able to find her.
It actually took me a while to get Rarity's face right, but I think I've managed to make her look elegant but not snooty.

That's very nice indeed! And I agree, you did a great job on her face; she's beautiful, but not in the way that looks down on others at all.
Very nice outfit as well (not that you'd expect anything less from Rarity, of course): the choker's a nice touch, as are the matching earrings picking up her cutie mark motif, and the white satin gloves complement her dress and fur collar very nicely.
