Ah . . . . I can explain.

First of all, this was drawn at about 4 a.m. on a long, boring shift at work.

I decided to draw the new Titans, Superboy, Robin (Tim Drake) and Kid Flash (Bart Allen) and the idea of Superboy hugging Robin like a teddy bear when he got a shock struck me as really funny.

So I drew Superboy and Robin all toony and figured, what the heck, I'll throw Bart in too; Conner can hug them both.

So I ended up with a picture of the three boys looking utterly traumatized. So I started wondering; what could scare superheroes that bad? They face down horrible monsters, psychos, and the end of the world on a daily basis. Hmmm.

I don't even remember *deciding* to draw Beast Boy the sex gargoyle, I think I realized it had the potential to be really funny after I added the sunglasses. And then of course, his barely there leather pants and 'check out my junk' pose didn't scream 'sexual deviant' enough, so I added the snake. Poor snakey, he didn't ask for this.

And in case anybody's wondering, I don't think Gar grows up to be a sexual predator, I just think this would be a great prank to play on the new kids.

I can just see the fallout:

Nightwing: Stop traumatizing the kids, Beast Boy! And put a shirt on!
BB: Oh, but look at the terror on thier little faces; where else am I going to have this much fun for free?
Nightwing: I'm glad you're having fun making them think there's a pedophile with his eye on them!
BB: Oh, Robin's probably used to it.
Nightwing: THAT'S NOT FUNNY!!!
